NCCED Teams up with the Hoyas

For the past two years the Georgetown University School of Business has been sending great interns over to NCCED to work on a variety of projects. Over the next year a team of MBA students will be working with NCCED's Corporate Partnership and Wall Street Without Walls Programs to capture some financial best practices case studies involving CDCs. These approximately 40 cases are designed to show practitioners how to replicate financings with similar capital structures in specific areas of affordable housing, small business loans, commercial real estate, and facility loans. Some of you may be getting calls from these able students and from their "mentor" Greg Stanton. Then look for a summary of the cases by next fall. Thanks to the B School for all their help. Go Hoyas!
