Dr. Ralph Lippman serves as director of the California Community Economic Development Association (CCEDA), which provides technical assistance and related support for 200 member organizations engaged in a range of community-building strategies. A former employee of L.A.’s Community Redevelopment Agency, he serves on the board of the National Congress for Community Economic Development as well a number of other boards. Dr. Lippman previously served as the Los Angeles director for the Local Initiative Support Corporation. He received his Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
