Robert Brandwein is a nationally regarded specialist on industrial park development and CDC sponsored economic development initiatives. He simultaneously serves as President of Policy and Management Associates, Inc. in Boston. Mr. Brandwein has directed numerous projects concerned with marketing, transportation, management and financial feasibility. He regularly engages in conducting feasibility analyses with respect to industrial and commercial projects. Mr. Brandwein also has extensive experience in undertaking land use and locational analyses. He is listed in Who's Who in Finance and Industry, and has published three books and numerous studies concerning economic development investments, public transit, and federal agency regulations. Mr. Brandwein holds a B.A. degree in economics from Cornell University and a masters in economics from Brooklyn College.
