Hector Cordero-Guzman is an assistant professor at the Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy at the New School for Social Research in New York City. He specializes in workforce development and socio-economic issues pertaining to Latinos with an emphasis on the Puerto Rican population. He has engaged in extensive research in the areas of economic sociology, labor markets, urban poverty, public policy, demography and social science methodology.
