Jon Gant specializes in urban development, transportation, and employment training issues. Mr. Gant, co-author of Building Bridges: Community Development Corporations and the World of Employment Training, will receive his doctorate in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. Gant is an expert on the use of information technology for organizational development and assists EDAC clients with establishing Internet and related communications projects to promote CDC/incubator activities.
