Isabel Hill is an urban planner and economic development consultant with years of experience working in industrial and commercial neighborhoods in New York City. She has worked with business leaders, city agencies, and elected officials on numerous projects that demanded expertise in market research, survey development and consensus building. Ms. Hill also served as a CDC director and as Associate City Planner for the New York City Department of Planning, overseeing 20 projects ranging from small-scale, low-income housing development to large-scale industrial urban renewal projects. Ms. Hill has experience in producing a wide variety of graphic materials. She produced "Made In Brooklyn", a documentary video on the condition of manufacturing in Brooklyn and has produced videos highlighting innovative CDC and business incubator programs.
