Susan Horn-Moo is a founding member of EDAC. She is an attorney and community and economic development consultant specializing in industrial and commercial real estate development, small business lending, legislative and policy analysis. Ms. Horn-Moo previously served as General Counsel to the Economic Development Industrial Corporation (EDIC) of Boston and the Boston Local Development Corporation where she assisted in the design and implementation of two small business lending programs. She has extensive experience in economic development planning and resource solicitation, innovative financial mechanisms and training and evaluation. She has authored many articles on economic development legislation and policy as well as monographs and pamphlets on legal issues of concern to those involved in the economic development process.
