Dan Horvath is president of Community Equity Investments, Inc (CEII) in Pensacola, Florida, and has an extensive background in community-based economic development law and activities. As President of CEII, Mr. Horvath has developed several innovative small business loan programs, including a revolving loan fund, SBA micro-loan program, intermediary re-lending program, and a bank-owned CDC consortium. Under his direction, CEII has also established an affordable housing program in Pensacola. Before moving to Florida, Mr. Horvath owned a private law and consulting practice which served community based organizations throughout the Southwest, North Dakota, and Florida. He currently serves on the board of the National Congress for Community and Economic Development based in Washington, D.C.
