Robert Meeder, EDAC's specialist in business incubators, is the President of SPEDD, Inc., the largest incubation program in the United States. SPEDD, Inc. owns and/or operates 19 facilities in western Pennsylvania, North East Ohio, and Southwestern New York. These 19 Centers comprise 3.2 million square feet and house over 340 business tenant companies. Over 105 companies have "graduated" from the program and have re-located to the communities served by the incubation program. Dr . Meeder also oversees projects in Europe and Canada with regard to export trade as well as incubation program development.
