Dileep Rao has extensive experience in assisting community development corporations, economic development agencies and manufacturing and commercial businesses in community revitalization initiatives with particular expertise in finance pertaining to fund raising, capital formation, business plan development, financial and feasibility analysis. He has successfully financed over 450 firms and has raised funds from both public and private sources. Dr. Rao has specialized in CDC economic development projects for three decades with ongoing relationships focusing on rural CDCs, particularly Impact Seven in western Wisconsin.
