Ted Wysocki formally served president of the LEED Council, Inc. and the Executive Director of the Chicago Association of Neighborhood Development Organizations (CANDO), the largest city-wide economic development coalition in the country. His twenty years of community economic development experience includes ten years with the National Training and Information Center (NTIC) in Chicago, where he designed and delivered numerous training sessions on community development and organizing. While at NTIC, Mr. Wysocki designed the Neighborhood Lending Programs of First Chicago, Harris Bank and the Northern Trust. His extensive community development lending experience also includes the development of a tax reactivation program for economic development projects and the development of a CD Float program through the City of Chicago for low-interest construction financing. Mr. Wysocki has also served as a faculty member for the Economic Development Initiative program of the Chicago Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) and on the board of the Chicago Empowerment Zone.
