NMTC Announcement
Agency: CDFI Fund Activities: Currently, releasing NMTC debriefing letters to the 279 NMTC applicants that did not receive an award in Round One of the 2002 New Market Tax Credit Allocation. The letter contains three sections: the first provides additional insight into the scoring process; the second provides specific information to applicants regarding thei
application, including their scores in each of the four application criteria, reviewers' comments; and the characteristics of an excellent application. The information will be a valuable tool in understanding the allocation process and for planning for 2003 allocation applications
