Development Leadership Association (CDLA)
NCCED Employment Survey
The CDLA, which is funded by the Ford Foundation, was created to keep students who
participate in NCCED programs, such as the HCDI Emerging Leaders Program and the Community
Development Internship Program (also funded by the Ford Foundation), engaged in the field
of community development.
CDLA is one of the few associations for new
practioners in the field. If you are interested in more information or would like to
